[FAI] Sporting Code Section 3 – Gliding

L'édition 2021 du Code Sportif Section 3 et de ses annexes est disponible dès à présent sur le site web de la FAI (valide à partir du 1er Octobre 2021). La Section Généralités et la Section 3 du Code Sportif de la FAI constituent le « Code Sportif du Vol en Planeur »

The General Section (GS) of the Sporting Code contains the definitions and rules applying toall air sports. Section 3 (SC3) specifies the rules that apply to FAI badge and record flights ingliders and motor gliders. A glider is a fixed wing aerodyne capable of sustained soaring flightwith no Means of Propulsion (MoP). A motor glider is a fixed wing aerodyne equipped witha MoP, capable of sustained soaring flight without thrust from the MoP.
